Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Money Order or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional seven (7) business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check or money order, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product. All items to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.We will not accept returns on boxes of papers that have been opened. If you have not tried a particular paper, please inquire whether we can include this particular paper in a Hemp or Juicy Jay Sampler for you.

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. The rates below are only good for the U.S. 50 states. There may be additional charges for other countries, we will let you know the actual shipping rate and wait for your approval, before we bill your credit card.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the following table:

Merchandise total $ 0.00 to $13.99 Shipping/Handling Charge = $2.99
Merchandise total $14.00 to $29.99 Shipping/Handling Charge = $4.99
Merchandise total $30.00 to $59.99 Shipping/Handling Charge = $6.99
Merchandise total $60.00 to $99.99 Shipping/Handling Charge = $9.99
Merchandise total $100.00 and up Shipping/Handling Charge = FREE!

Please note: All Canadian shipments will incur an additional US$5.00 handling fee to cover extra postage and the completion of customs forms.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of any taxes. California sales taxes will be calculated and collected on all orders billed or shipped to California. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before we proceed with billing and shipping.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 2 working days). All complaints will be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
