What are the brands of papers I will receive?

Elements, Juicy Jay's, Hempire, Aledha, Klear, Trip, Chills, Zen, Pure Hemp and many others.

 

What are rolling papers made of?

Paper of the Month Club specializes in tree-free papers. Tree-free rolling papers are environmentally friendly and contain no wood particles. The papers we carry are made from:

• Hemp - one of the strongest plant fibers in the world.
• Rice - slow burning for a great smoking experience.
• Flax - a fiber taken from the Linum or Linaria plant (which is commonly used to make linen).
• Clear Cellulose - Brazilian clear papers are made from wood cellulose mixed with Glycerin or Agar and burn harsher than standard hemp, flax or rice. However, the fun of rolling a clear cigarette is very popular.

 

How is the delivery packaged?

We send our shipments in plain padded manila envelopes or USPS Priority Mail boxes. The return address lists our parent company, Flash Technology.

 

How is the package shipped?

We use the United States Postal Service - still the most economical service around for the light-weight merchandise we ship. We are shipping to the United States and Canada only at this time. The Little Smoke Club is sent via First Class mail and the Big Smoke Club is sent via Priority Mail.Both options are typically received 1-4 days after the package leaves our Northern California warehouse.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

You first order is sent out within 2 days of order placement. Deliveries typically take between 1-3 days in the U.S. depending on your distance from Northern California.

 

Can I choose the papers I receive in the Juicy Jay or Hemp Sampler Packs?

No, all the papers are pre-selected for you. Each booklet is carefully judged and approved by our testing panel. You can choose between all regular-size papers and mixed-sized (king-size & regular).

 

Where do the papers come from?

The vast majority of our papers are made in Spain. The new cellulose papers are coming from Brazil.

 

How should I store the papers?

Keep your papers in a cool, dry place. A zip lock bag is a good idea - especially for the flavored papers. Excess heat and humidity may cause some gummed papers to stick together.

 

Do you sell papers by the booklet?

Check out our Juicy Jay sampler or Hemp sampler packs. For a modest price, you will receive an assortment of individual booklets to try out before you commit to a full box order.

 

What do I do if my shipment does not arrive when expected?

Please allow a full five business days from the day we have sent your shipment confirmation email. On the 5th day, please let us know and we will investigate. A replacement shipment will most likely be sent out promptly.

 

Which methods of payment do you accept?

When does my credit card get billed?

You card will be charged when we verify we have your item in stock and we are ready to pack and ship it.

 

What happened to your Club Memberships?

We no longer accept new Club memberships. The idea may be a little before it time...mostly folks ended up getting far too many papers too fast. We might come up with a new model when the economy improves!

How do I modify or cancel an existing Club membership?

You MUST notify us 24 hours prior to the applicable Tuesday ship date. Cancellations/modifications must be received by 8am Monday via email, phone or fax. Soon we will add this capability to the Member Account area.

 

Satisfaction Guaranteed!

If the shipment is damaged or you are dissatisfied, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Our goal is your satisfaction and we will resolve each situation on a case-by-case basis. Please retain all shipping and packaging materials as we may ask you to return the items.

We are a small family owned & operated company located in beautiful Nevada County in Northern California. We have had a web presence for over 12 years starting with web site design but mainly focusing on providing Usenet newsgroup access via Flash NewsGroups. We are environmentally conscious and we try to use eco-friendly products, re-use what we can and recycle everything possible.
